Who Runs This Site

This website is run by Tacos La Familia (contact details are on our Contact page). If you have questions about your information, you can reach us at the phone number or email listed there.

What We Collect

When you send us an enquiry through this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address and the message you write to us. We also log the IP address and time of the submission, for security purposes (to prevent abuse of the form).

Why We Collect It

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry — for example, to prepare a catering quote or answer a question about our menu or hours.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to handle your request and to keep a record of past catering bookings, then delete them.

Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to see what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Contact us using the details on our Contact page.

Cookies

This site sets one technical cookie needed to keep the site working (such as remembering a form submission to prevent errors). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not share your information with third parties for marketing.
